The Role

Capco is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a significant global private banking transformation aimed at redesigning the end-to-end landscape for Investment & Advisory.

As part of the program, Aladdin Wealth will be introduced as a strategic global platform for Advisory and Portfolio Construction. Simultaneously, the entire investment value chain will be transformed – from client and relationship manager journeys, service models and profiling, through to suitability, portfolio construction, discretionary portfolio management, execution, reporting, and servicing.

You will bring in-depth business knowledge in private banking, wealth management, and investment advisory processes, helping to translate complex business, investment-related, and regulatory requirements into clear and actionable platform requirements. In doing so, you will play an important role in harmonizing advisory journeys and investment services across different regions, as well as simplifying and replacing selected legacy platforms.

Your Tasks

• You will design holistic investment advisory journeys – from the selection of the service model, client profiling, suitability, and portfolio construction, through to investment proposals, execution, and reporting.
• You will define requirements for suitability & profiling, including risk, knowledge & experience, ESG, eligibility, and investment restrictions.
• You will develop requirements for portfolio construction and advisory, including asset allocation, investment models, risk considerations, and client-specific restrictions.
• You will support DPM / Discretionary Portfolio Management functionalities, including portfolio setup, monitoring, rebalancing, and lifecycle servicing.
• You will translate requirements into BRDs, Use Cases, Business Rules, User Stories, and MVP Backlogs and support implementation, UAT, as well as regional rollout.

What You Bring

• Extensive business analysis experience in private banking, wealth management, investment advisory, or in the environment of investment platforms.
• In-depth understanding of holistic investment advisory journeys, including client profiling, suitability, and advisory processes.
• Knowledge in portfolio construction, DPM / portfolio management, and the associated investment processes.
• Understanding of securities, investment products, investment services, and execution within a wealth management environment.
• Experience in complex wealth management platform transformations, as well as the ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable requirements.
