Senior Domain Lead – Trade Finance (Centre of Excellence) Experience 8–10 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance Role Overview Newgen is looking for a senior Trade Finance professional to join its Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role will drive the Trade Finance product vision and roadmap, bring AI-led transformation into trade processes, and ensure Newgen’s solutions stay functionally rich, compliant, and ahead of competition. The role is hands-on across product strategy, demos, POCs, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Trade Finance domain, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. • Define and prioritize product features and roadmap based on customer feedback, market analysis, and competitive landscape. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure Newgen’s solutions remain relevant and competitive. • Participate in the development of sales materials, case studies, and other marketing collateral to promote Newgen’s Trade Finance capabilities. Requirements: • 8-10 years of experience in Trade Finance or a related field. • Strong understanding of trade finance products, services, and processes. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their applications in the financial industry is desirable.
