Senior Business Analyst TI

The Senior Business Analyst TI will be responsible for bringing their strategic expertise to lead a digital transformation of financial systems. They will be directly involved in the management of this important project.

MORE SPECIFICALLY

• Analyze, map, and document business and functional processes and emit recommendations to optimize them

• Interact with all stakeholders and animate workshops to gather different needs to propose adapted solutions

• Write functional specifications and project charters based on the results of various analyses

• Be in charge of a significant project of transformation and change of financial systems and recommend suitable solutions within this project

• Develop, in collaboration with IT, a project plan including objectives, scope, schedule, deliverables, deadlines, and required resources

• Coordinate activities between project teams, business units, functional areas, and IT

• Contribute to documenting functional specifications, analyses, charters, and participate in creating agreements with external suppliers

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst TI and having completed missions in project management

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and mapping processes, as well as financial systems analysis

• Knowledge of cartography tools, financial systems (ERP), and Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Ability to evolve in a project-based environment, implementation, and ERP financial system management

• Excellent communication skills, analytical capabilities, and ability to be responsible and autonomous

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Bilingualism (French required, English required)
