Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze marketplace performance, focusing on supply, demand, lead quality, and conversion.
• Support pricing and monetization strategies for professional customers.
• Define and track KPIs for product and platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and data teams on A/B testing and experimentation.
• Evaluate the impact of search, ranking, and recommendation changes.
• Standardize metrics and reporting across various markets.
• Support the rollout of data-driven and AI-enabled features.

What You'll Do:

• Own complex analyses from problem framing to recommendations.
• Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Commercial teams.
• Create dashboards, reports, and decision-ready insights.
• Challenge assumptions and influence prioritization with data.
• Communicate effectively with senior, non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a thought partner rather than a requirements gatherer.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
• Background in digital products, marketplaces, SaaS, or data-driven companies.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, funnels, and experimentation.
• Proven ability to influence decisions using data.
• Experience working in cross-functional, international teams.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
