Senior Business Analyst - Specialist in Odoo Solutions

As a Senior Business Analyst specializing on Odoo solutions, you will be responsible for understanding the business needs of clients and translating these needs into functional solutions on the Odoo platform. You will work closely with development teams, functional consultants, and clients to design, configure, and implement customized ERP solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze client business processes and identify gaps that can be filled using Odoo features.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
• Design tailored solutions by using appropriate Odoo modules to meet specific client needs.
• Create detailed specifications and functional documentation to guide developers in implementing solutions.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of delivered Odoo solutions by testing features and validating use cases.
• Provide technical and functional assistance to clients throughout the implementation process.
• Train end-users on effective usage of Odoo solutions.
• Monitor Odoo updates and recommend continuous improvements to optimize client business processes.

Requirements

• Masters in Engineering with a commercial, business, or economic orientation.
• Solid understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
• Advanced mastery of the Odoo platform, including configuration and customization of modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members in French and English.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Aptitude to train and mentor end-users.
• Paying attention to detail and oriented towards quality.
