The Company
A large, multi-site company is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a critical discovery phase across several locations. This role sits at the front end of a major modernisation initiative, assessing and defining requirements for 2 systems.

The Role

• Leading structured requirements gathering across 4-5 sites.
• Working closely with site CEO's, leadership and operational teams.
• Understanding customer-flow and administrative processes.
• Translating needs into a clear, structured requirements document for an RFP.
• Facilitating workshops, mapping processes, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Bringing a practical view on fit-for-purpose system capability.

Your Profile

• Senior BA with strong experience in requirements gathering for complex environments.
• Exposure to healthcare, clinical systems, patient workflows, or regulated operational settings.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and simplify highly varied needs.
• Strong documentation discipline and comfort working in discovery phases.
• Someone confident, independent, and able to move across multiple sites.
