Senior Business Analyst

RITS Software House within RITS Group is a dynamically developing software company offering high-quality services for the Polish and international market. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a long-term project of building a SaaS financial platform in a B2B2C model – whitelabeled, configurable, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Rate: 130 PLN/h. Job Overview The person in this role will be a key link between business, the technical team, and the compliance department. You will gather, organize, and verify requirements, create clear technical specifications, and support implementations so that the platform enables effective sales of investment products in various European countries. Responsibilities Requirement gathering: identification, structuring, and documentation of business and technical requirements. Process improvement: analysis of existing processes, identification of inefficiencies, and proposal of improvements. Stakeholder coordination: coordination between product management, the technical team, and compliance, aligning expectations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Technical specification: creation of structured, feasible requirement documents and assessment of feasibility in cooperation with system architects. Implementation support: close collaboration with development and QA teams, ensuring correct implementation of requirements. Lifecycle management: maintaining requirement traceability, tracking changes, and ensuring documentation consistency throughout the entire development cycle. Qualifications Experience in Requirements Engineering or a related position in the fintech or blockchain sector. Knowledge of DLT technologies, capital markets, and trading platforms; experience with digital assets and financial market regulations. Experience in product ownership and requirements management. Practical application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Ability to elicit, document, and validate requirements using structured techniques. High analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills – ability to translate technical aspects into business aspects and vice versa. Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German will be a significant advantage. Higher education in Business Informatics, Management, Informatics, or related fields.
