Senior Business Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a Lead / Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end business requirement analysis for CLOS / MSME lending processes. The role involves close collaboration with customers, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from requirement gathering to UAT and Go-Live. Key Responsibilities:- Requirements Gathering & Analysis Engage with customers to understand business needs and lending workflows Analyze functional and domain requirements for CLOS / MSME lending processes Identify and document key business rules, assumptions, and constraints Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation. Process Improvement & Optimization Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and optimization Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Communication & Stakeholder Management Communicate effectively with customers, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and progress metrics. Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources accordingly. Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in CLOS / MSME lending processes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
