- In close collaboration with our Business Units, you analyze and document their processes in the form of diagrams, descriptions, acceptance criteria. In this role, you will take on partial responsibility for the end-to-end consideration of our business processes and contribute to our corporate success.
- You are the IT contact person for selected applications and are responsible for their maintenance within the scope of support as well as further development in the team.
- You coordinate between external service providers, departments, and the developer team.
- You specify technical requirements in the form of Epics and User Stories in Jira, as well as documentation in Confluence.
- Managing different needs and change requests from our stakeholders within your area of responsibility is self-evident for you.
- You accompany the conception and integration of IT solutions into the existing IT landscape.
- You support the implementation & testing (e.g., by clarifying open technical questions) as well as the acceptance of solutions by stakeholders with the help of acceptance criteria.
- You ensure a clear user documentation and also conduct training sessions for our stakeholders.
