Ihre Aufgaben

• IT analysis of technical and regulatory requirements

• Creation of well-founded option proposals for complex problem-solving, including risk and impact analysis

• Preparation of solution options for conflicting requirements

• Presentation of complex issues and creation of decision-making templates

• As-is analysis and should-concept development of existing business processes using BPMN 2.0, as well as identification of optimization potential

• Business case consulting, including the creation of cost-benefit analyses and economic calculations

• Capturing and preparing functional and non-functional requirements using Design Thinking or User Stories

• Analysis and specification, as well as structuring of collected requirements for prioritization by the client

• Validation of requirements regarding consistency, completeness, and realizability

• Creation of mapping documents and technical concepts

• Transferring technical requirements into IT-oriented concepts

• Customizing SAP modules CML and CMS according to technical requirements

• Preparation, execution, and documentation of technical acceptance tests (IT and UAT)

• Consulting on the setup and maintenance of backlogs in the context of IT rollouts

• Creation of application documentation in PowerDesigner and conducting training sessions

Muss-Anforderungen

• Approximately 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the banking sector

• In-depth knowledge of requirements analysis, as well as representation and analysis of program credits and securities in an integrated SAP-based financial and risk data platform

• Secure handling of methodologically supported business process analysis (e.g., according to BPMN 2.0) and technical data modeling

• Experience in creating structured documentation (job descriptions/technical specifications) and designing management information systems

• Very good professional expertise in several SAP components, particularly S/4HANA (FI, CO, MM, BP), BW, BO/BI, AFI/FPSL, FSDP/FSDM, CML/CMS, PowerDesigner, and Fiori

• In-depth practical experience in customizing as well as handling HANA authorizations (privileges and roles)

• Comprehensive banking knowledge in at least one of the areas accounting, reporting, business partners, Data Warehouse, or funding credit business

• Extensive test management know-how, including concept development for test stages, test strategies, regression tests, and defect management

• Advanced knowledge of the tools SPIRA and JIRA

• Experience in error analysis as well as basic knowledge of partial project leadership for smaller and medium-sized projects
