Senior Business Analyst (m/w/d) DWH & sAFI (Ref.Nr.: 46831)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a large project in the area of modernizing the core banking system and expanding the Data Warehouse in the bank's environment. The focus of the role lies in interface analysis, requirements management, and customizing SAP modules, particularly in the sAFI area.

Your Tasks

• IT analysis of technical and regulatory requirements, as well as identification of the impact on operational and dispositional IT systems

• Developing well-founded option proposals for complex problem-solving, including risk and impact analysis

• Creating solution options, preparing complex situations, and creating decision-making templates

• Mapping and analyzing program credits and securities in SAP FRDP

• Requirements management through capturing and preparing functional and non-functional requirements using workshops, design thinking, or user stories

• Structuring, prioritizing, and validating collected requirements regarding consistency, completeness, and realizability

• Creating documentation such as concept papers, task descriptions, mapping documents, and IT-related concepts

• Customizing SAP modules CML, CMS, and BP according to technical requirements

• Analyzing business cases and target values in sAFI, including corresponding customizing for preparing the IT implementation

• Supporting test management, as well as conducting and documenting test cases and regression tests in the SAP FRDP environment

• Preparing rollouts by maintaining backlogs, supporting technical introduction, and creating application documentation and training materials

Must-Requirements

• Approximately 3-7 years of relevant work experience in the banking sector

• Comprehensive knowledge in requirements analysis (identification, structuring, and preparation)

• Funded experience in methodologically supported business process analysis (e.g., according to BPMN) and technical data modeling

• Expertise in creating structured documentation like task descriptions and concept papers

• Experience in designing management information systems

• Very good technical knowledge in SAP S4/HANA (particularly FI, CO, MM, BP), CML, and CMS

• Outstanding expertise in analyzing business cases and target values in sAFI, including customizing

• Funded experience in SAP customization and handling HANA authorizations (privileges and roles)

• Very good banking knowledge in at least one of the following areas: accounting, reporting, business partners, Data Warehouse, or credit business

Can-Requirements

• Experience with PowerDesigner, Fiori, and Digital Access

• Know-how in test management, particularly in creating and conducting test cases and regression tests in the SAP FRDP environment

• Experience in error analysis, retests, and conducting regression tests

• Secure handling of SPIRA and deep JIRA knowledge
