(Senior) Business Analyst (m/f/d) - Banking / Insurance

About the Position

Do you know the specifics of banks and/or insurance companies, can you classify functional requirements, and do you enjoy developing better, digital solutions from them?

As a (Senior) Business Analyst, you will support our clients in Financial Services, Insurance, and Automotive in the further development of their business models, processes, and systems. We combine business understanding, process expertise, and technological possibilities to develop solutions that actually work in day-to-day operations.

What You Can Expect From Us

• You will advise our clients on functional and procedural issues
• You will analyze requirements and develop suitable target images and solution concepts
• You will optimize and automate business processes
• You will take responsibility for work packages or projects
• You will moderate between business departments, IT, and other stakeholders
• You will accompany solutions end-to-end – from idea to implementation

And What Do You Bring With You?

• Several years of experience in business analysis and requirements management, as well as methodological expertise in process and project management
• Experience in the banking or insurance sector, ideally with sound banking expertise
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to connect them with technical solutions
• Enjoyment in structuring complex topics and developing need-based solutions
• Confident demeanor and pleasure in collaborating with clients and various stakeholders
• Very good German and good English skills
• Completed university degree, e.g., in Business, Business Informatics, or a banking/insurance-related apprenticeship with additional qualifications
