(Senior) Business Analyst (m/f/d) - Banking / Insurance

About the Position

Do you know the specifics of banks and/or insurance companies, can you categorize business requirements and enjoy developing better, digital solutions from them?

As a (Senior) Business Analyst, you will support our clients from Financial Services, Insurance, and Automotive in the further development of their business models, processes, and systems. We combine business understanding, process expertise, and technological possibilities to develop solutions that actually work in day-to-day operations.

What you can expect from us

• You will advise our clients on business and process-related issues
• You will analyze requirements and develop suitable target visions and solution concepts
• You will optimize and automate business processes
• You will take responsibility for work packages or projects
• You will moderate between business departments, IT, and other stakeholders
• You will accompany solutions end-to-end – from the idea to implementation

And what do you bring to the table?

• Several years of experience in business analysis and requirements management, as well as methodological competence from process and project management
• Experience in the banking or insurance sector, ideally with sound banking expertise
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to connect them with technical solutions
• Enjoyment in structuring complex topics and developing needs-based solutions
• Confident demeanor and pleasure in collaborating with clients and diverse stakeholders
• Very good German and good English skills
• Completed studies, e.g., in business, business informatics, or a banking/insurance-related vocational training with additional qualifications
