Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)

• Analysis, design, and technical conception of innovative IT solutions with a focus on: Banking and payment transactions
• Consulting and technical support for our clients in idea generation
• Consulting our clients on platform ecosystems, digitalization, and the application possibilities of AI
• Interface between Product Owners (client-side) and Developers (internal)
• Exploring and evaluating new technologies
• Modeling of processes and their documentation
• Modern work environment with Confluence, JIRA, Miro, Slack, Office
• Consulting our clients on platform ecosystems and digitalization
• Working with interdisciplinary teams

• German language skills (business fluent), English language skills (very good)
• Completed university degree and/or vocational training (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, but others are also possible)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Owner, or similar roles
• Several years of in-depth experience in an agile work environment with Scrum, among others
• Very good skills in gathering, managing, and pitching requirements
• Many years of experience at the interface between clients and development teams
• Openness to using modern tools, including AI-powered assistants, in daily work
• The ability to provide innovative consulting to our clients
• Very high and pronounced communication skills
• Certification as a Scrum Master
