Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Job description
Your Tasks
- Analysis, design, and technical conception of innovative IT solutions with a focus on: Banking and payment transactions
- Advising and technically supporting our clients in the process of brainstorming ideas
- Advising our clients on platform ecosystems, digitalization, and the application possibilities of AI
- Interface between Product Owners (client-side) and Developers (internal)
- Exploring and evaluating new technologies
- Modeling processes and their documentation
- Modern work environment with Confluence, JIRA, Miro, Slack, Office
- Advising our clients on platform ecosystems and digitalization
- Working with interdisciplinary teams
What You Bring
- German language skills (negotiation level), English language skills (very good)
- Completed university degree and/or vocational training (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, but others are also conceivable)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Owner, or comparable
- Several years of in-depth experience in an agile work environment with Scrum, among others
- Very good skills in eliciting, managing, and pitching requirements
- Many years of experience at the interface between client and development team
- Openness to using modern tools, including AI-supported assistants, in daily work
- The ability to advise our clients innovatively
- Very high and strong communication skills
