SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Job description:

• Act as main point of contact between business units, IT and external partners, ensuring alignment of processes and systems with business needs;
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications, leading feasibility assessments and supporting scope definition and change requests;
• Research, identify, and document current system problems, reports, or procedures to drive corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Design and document current and future processes;
• Facilitate workshops and agile ceremonies to capture requirements, align best practices, and validate solution design with stakeholders;
• Contribute to agile delivery, including backlog management, prioritization, risk/dependency tracking, and progress reports for stakeholders;
• Support the development of technical requirements in collaboration with IT teams, ensuring alignment with functional specifications and system capabilities;
• Ensure that deliverables and system configurations are properly documented, with reference materials accessible, user manuals, and training content;
• Ensure consistency between business and technology points of contact;
• Maintain integration alignment with other platforms, ensuring interoperability and compliance with global standards.
