Senior Business Analyst LIMS

For our project from healthcare technology industry, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will participate in a pharma custom build Laboratory Information Management System development and implementation. The main focus will be on defining requirements for customization / configuration and integration requirements (e.g., defining mapping specifications between source and target system). Tasks * Regular sessions with business stakeholders to document process flows, data flows, and user requirements. * Review designs and approaches with the business ahead of implementation to collect feedback. * Demo the system to business stakeholders, document feedback, and manage the backlog of requirements. * Clear communication and stakeholder management. Expectations * At least 5 years working experience as a business analyst. * Experience with a validated environment (pharma preferred). * Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) would be very beneficial * Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. * Experience with Agile SDLC * Strong communication skills. * Attention to detail. * Persistence in finding the right solution to issues. * Life sciences (pharmaceuticals or CRO) experience preferred.
