Senior Business Analyst (IT) Miejsce pracy: Kielce Technologies we use Expected SQL Jira Confluence Your responsibilities Participate in software implementation projects Lead client-facing workshops and deliver presentations and demos of the Ivalua procurement platform Advise clients on best-fit solution design: aligning platform capabilities with their procurement processes and goals. Prototype key features to demonstrate how business requirements can be met in the system Gather, analyze and report on data from various sources, including but not limited to: Jira, Confluence, SQL databases, and other relevant tools. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment of business objectives. Provide training and support to clients on the use of Ivalua procurement platform. Identify and escalate potential issues or risks related to project implementation. Ensure timely and within budget delivery of projects. Your skills and qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business Administration) 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices Familiarity with Ivalua procurement platform and other procurement software solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
