Title: Senior Business Analyst Description: Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and assist tech team to translate them into effective data models, ETL pipelines, and analytics solutions Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and scalability Perform data augmentation and normalization to enhance data usability, consistency, and analytical value Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and other relevant parties Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations on complex business problems and opportunities
