Senior Business Analyst I Forecast & Replenishment (m/w/x)

Job Description: In close cooperation with our business stakeholders, you analyze and document their processes in the form of diagrams, descriptions, and acceptance criteria. As part of this task, you take on a partial responsibility for the end-to-end consideration of our business processes and contribute to our corporate success. You are the IT-side contact person for selected applications and are responsible for their maintenance within the scope of support as well as further development. Your tasks include: • Analyzing and documenting business processes in collaboration with stakeholders, • Developing acceptance criteria and diagrams for process descriptions, • Conducting end-to-end analysis of business processes, • Identifying and implementing improvements to business processes, • Maintaining and further developing selected applications, • Providing IT-side support for these applications. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, computer science), • At least 3 years of experience in process analysis and documentation, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
