Senior Business Analyst

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of business rules and processes that will help to steer the client's customer’s projects in the direction of their strategic goals. Responsibilities: Use structured techniques such as design thinking, UML, BPMN, and process flows for diagramming software solutions Create wireframes and UI designs and document customer journeys Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Do not have a technical background but be able to understand the technical aspects of the project. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
