Senior Business Analyst (Finance) Location: On-site - Western Cape Salary: R70,000 per month CTC Type: Full-time, permanent A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their growing team. This is a key on-site role, responsible for optimising financial systems and processes across lending, credit, and compliance operations. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications Learn and understand the business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise business requirements Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities to improve business outcomes Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organisation's financial systems, processes, and operations to inform business decisions and drive process improvements. This is a key on-site role, responsible for optimising financial systems and processes across lending, credit, and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and operations, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
