Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our onsite team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in a service-based IT environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements. Local candidates are preferred.

Location: Vadodara (Onsite)
Experience: 5 Years

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  

• Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Assist in preparing and writing user stories, use cases, process flows, and detailed requirement documentation.
  

• Participate in stakeholder meetings, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups in Agile/Scrum environments.
  

• Support QA and UAT activities by validating solutions against defined requirements.
  

• Validate and test solutions to ensure they meet business expectations and quality standards.
  

• Apply industry best practices related to Business Analysis and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  

• Report project progress and updates to the Project Manager.
  

5+ years of working experience as a Senior Business Analyst.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (mandatory).

Strong understanding of software development concepts and SDLC.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player.

Experience working in a service-based IT company is mandatory.

Local candidates from Vadodara or nearby locations are preferred.
