The Role:
- Prepare compliance for a range of 'A clients'
- Review work and provide guidance to junior staff
- Periodic management reporting
- Build trusted relationships through direct client contact
- Progression to Manager is actively supported and encouraged
- Bachelor of Commerce/Master of Professional Accounting or equivalent
- CA qualification (or equivalent)
- 3+ years' BAS experience in a reputable CA firm
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Confidence in client engagement and strong communication skills
- Modern, open-plan office in CBD
- Flexible working arrangements, with a focus on in-office collaboration to support junior staff
- Clear, supported progression to Manager
