About the Role:

You’ll manage a client portfolio, reviewing outsourced compliance and adding value through project work like budgets, cash flow forecasts, business plans, and strategic planning.

If you’re currently an experienced Intermediate Accountant looking to step into a Senior role, you’ll be supported with training and mentoring to help you make that progression. The scope of your work will align with your current level of experience and evolve as you grow in the role.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of BAS experience in a NZ Public Practice firm
• CA qualified (or working towards it)
• Ideally experience reviewing work and mentoring others
• Clear, personable communication style
• Experience with Xero and apps within the Xero ecosystem
