As Senior Accountant:in Debitoren & Kreditoren, you will lead our accounts payable and receivable teams and ensure efficient accounting, compliance with accounting standards, and strong liquidity management. You will play a central role in optimizing processes and strengthening our financial organization.

Your Responsibility

• Surety of timely and correct processing of incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Responsibility for payment processes, dunning procedures, and liquidity management.
• Promoting process improvements, automation, and system optimization (ERP, workflow tools).
• Surety of compliance with accounting standards (HGB), tax guidelines, and internal guidelines.
• Closely working together with Treasury, Controlling, and external auditors.
• Coaching, mentoring, and team development.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in business administration, accounting or a comparable field.
• Multiple years of professional experience in the AR/AP area, ideally in a leadership position.
• In-depth knowledge of HGB.
• Experience in process management and workflow optimization.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
