You will be our only designer (m/f/d) in the team: You will therefore work very independently and have the opportunity to significantly shape the visual development of PAIR Finance. You will work closely with various teams and management, and will have a lot of ownership and creative freedom.

From website, social media, and presentations to print, events, and trade fair appearances: You will design, illustrate, and animate, taking responsibility from conception to implementation. • Shape and further develop our visual brand identity - from the creative core idea to consistent implementation across all digital and physical channels.
• Work closely with Content & PR as well as Sales, Partnerships, and Product to ensure content is visually coherent and our brand is consistent across all areas.
• Design design elements for a wide variety of formats and channels - from web, mobile, social media, and e-mail to presentations and print. Develop icons, illustrations, and simple animations.
• Design trade fair appearances, event materials, and giveaways in line with our brand identity.
• Support management and the partnership team with presentations and translate complex content and messages into clear, appealing, and brand-appropriate slides. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing our master template for sales pitches.
• Present your ideas confidently and persuasively to Denise Schönherr, Head of Brand & Communications, and Stephan Stricker, our CEO.
• Take responsibility for your projects - from the initial idea through conception to implementation. You will independently keep track of multiple projects and priorities.
• Experiment with new technologies and integrate them into our daily work, especially generative image and video tools.

• At least 8 years of professional experience in B2B brand and graphic design, in an in-house brand team or a rapidly growing startup.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• A convincing portfolio that demonstrates your sense for brands and your ability to effectively use creative content across channels.
• Strong conceptual thinking and clear communication. You can present your ideas convincingly, provide constructive feedback, and confidently coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Organizational talent and self-responsibility. You set the right priorities, keep track of multiple projects, and independently bring topics from idea to implementation.
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and an interest in new technologies. Ideally, you already have practical experience with generative AI tools like Claude Design.
• Passion for good branding and a desire to try new creative approaches and question existing ways of doing things.
• Nice to have: Experience with motion design, e.g., 3D animations or animated videos.

  We get to know you, your motivation, and your background, and you get initial insights into PAIR Finance and the position.
• Second online interview with Denise (Head of Brand & Communication) - approx. 60 minutes
  Here we will delve deeper into your experience and the position. This is your chance to learn more about the tasks, challenges, and the team.
• Third on-site interview with the entire Brand & Communications Team - approx. 60 - 90 minutes
  Getting to know the entire team in our office. This will give you an impression of the potential collaboration within the team. During this time, we will look at a short case study together - you will need about 1 hour of preparation beforehand.
