Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d)

We are a social business from Hamburg-St. Pauli that promotes social projects in the countries where ingredients are sourced through the sale of organic and fairtrade beverages. So, we make drinks the way they should be. Every bottle contains only the best organic ingredients and supports fair trade. Thus, over 90 social projects in Africa, Latin America, and Asia have already been supported by Lemonaid & ChariTea e.V.
On our mission for our lemonade business, we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to start as soon as possible. This position is initially limited to 2 years, possibly with an option for extension/permanent employment.

+ You will be responsible for the further development and implementation of our brand strategy and positioning across all relevant touchpoints
+ Whether in sales, quality management, or management: you will lead cross-departmental and cross-country projects and bring everyone together
+ With a clear view of numbers, you will plan, manage, and control the marketing budget
+ Together with our Digital/Social Media team, the Partnerships team, and the Event team, you will conceptualize, manage, and evaluate national and international marketing campaigns
+ In cooperation with sales, you will develop and implement trade marketing and activation measures for gastronomy and retail
+ From idea to market success: the development, implementation, and tracking of product launches are in your hands
+ You will manage agencies, producers, and freelancers to turn ideas into great presentations
+ No market too big, no detail too small: you will create market and competitor analyses and strategically categorize them
+ With the professional leadership of a Brand Manager, you will ensure that different talents become a strong whole

+ You have a completed degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a comparable field of study
+ You have already gained several years of experience in marketing; brand management and positioning are your playing field, strategic thinking is your strength
+ Ideally, you already have some leadership responsibility
+ Experience in the FMCG sector and/or in gastronomy/retail is a plus, but not a must
+ Working with agencies, producers, and freelancers is part of your daily business
Budgets, market and competitor analyses, and national and international campaigns are nothing new to you
+ Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured way of working are simply part of who you are.
+ You speak German and English fluently
+ And of course, a great deal of passion and conviction to make the world a little fairer with every sip
