Descrição da vaga The Sr. Brand Manager in Allergan Aesthetics (an AbbVie Company) will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational management of one or more key brands within the aesthetics portfolio. This role combines scientific insight, business acumen, and cross-functional leadership to drive market growth, strengthen brand equity, and ensure flawless execution across medical, digital, and commercial channels. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader who can translate complex data into actionable insights, leveraging expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and brand positioning to inform strategic decisions. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory, as well as external partners and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive brand plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Sr. Brand Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness and advocacy.
