(Senior) Brand & Digital Consultant (w/m/d)

Our goal is ambitious: we want to build the most successful brand and digital team in Germany. To achieve this, we are looking for a leadership personality who masters brand management at an excellence level and simultaneously possesses the operational intelligence to scale a growing team.

With our 30+ account managers, designers, and developers, we manage clients like immowelt, WWF Germany, and the Berlin Transportation Company (BVG).

Aufgaben

• You lead your clients independently through the implementation of branding and digital projects and are their first point of contact for all strategic and operational questions.
• You recognize potential in a brand and advise your clients strategically on digital trends and brand management.
• You plan and steer projects from kick-off to launch. In doing so, you always keep budgets, timings, and resources in mind without neglecting quality or tempo.
• Your strength lies in translating complex requirements into precise briefings for our design and development teams and ensuring smooth processes between the agency and client.

Qualifikation

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a brand or digital agency (ideally in the field of brand identity or complex web projects).
• You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and expect to deliver excellent results.
• You understand the mechanics of modern brand management as well as technical workflows (UX/UI, CMS, web development) and can convey these securely.
• You are presentation-strong, negotiation-secure in German and English, and can lead clients through critical phases with confidence.
• You work methodically safely and maintain a calm demeanor even when handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are performance-oriented, have a positive mindset, and love solving problems.
• You have very secure German and English language skills.
