Senior Branch Manager - Security Ops & Client Excellence

A leading security services provider is seeking a Branch Manager for their Upington branch. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing security personnel, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in the security sector, strong leadership, and planning skills, along with a PSIRA Grade A registration. The position offers the opportunity to lead a significant team while maintaining relationships with clients and meeting customer expectations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing branch strategies to achieve business objectives; • Managing and motivating a team of security personnel to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded; • Ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, company policies, and regulatory requirements; • Identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
