We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Developer with strong expertise in Rust to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized solutions. This role requires deep technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to build secure, scalable blockchain components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain blockchain applications using Rust
• Design and implement secure, high-performance smart contracts
• Build decentralized applications (dApps) and related backend services
• Optimize blockchain systems for performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in security and architecture
• Troubleshoot complex blockchain-related issues and implement effective solutions
• Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–6 years of experience as a Blockchain Developer
• Strong hands-on expertise in Rust programming language
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, and cryptography
• Experience working with smart contracts, decentralized applications, and blockchain frameworks
• Knowledge of Web3 development, APIs, and related integrations
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
