Senior BI & Marketing Data Analytics Specialist

Join our dynamic SBS Digital Marketing & Operations team as a Senior BI & Marketing Data Analytics Specialist. This role is pivotal in bridging data engineering, marketing analytics, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage dashboards using Power BI, Salesforce, and BigQuery/Looker Studio.
• Analyze and model data from Salesforce and Pardot to drive insights.
• Translate business needs into KPIs, data models, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Leadership teams as a data partner.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across various platforms.
• Integrate and model data from multiple sources including CRM and advertising platforms.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• BI certification such as PBI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
• Proficient in Salesforce (Account Engagement and Sales Cloud).
• Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and funnels.
• Fluent in English and comfortable in an international environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ABM platforms like Demandbase or 6sense.
• Salesforce Admin Certification.
• Familiarity with paid media and marketing data sources.
