Senior Beteiligungscontroller (m/w/d)

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced person from investment controlling or with experience in comparable financial leadership and sparring partner functions. Acting as a key interface between the company's management and the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment of our business units and providing expert advice on financial planning and control. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets in line with the company's overall strategy; • Analyzing and evaluating financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement; • Providing expert advice to management on financial matters, including investment decisions and risk assessments; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination; • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and opportunities; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulatory bodies. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a degree in business administration or a related field and several years of experience in investment controlling or a comparable financial leadership role. Your excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, will enable you to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
