For our team in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced personality who combines consulting, networking, and management skills as a Senior Consultant & Program Manager Cooperations & Collective Impact (m/f/d), to join us as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• You will bring together actors from business, civil society, philanthropy, and the public sector in a targeted manner to initiate collaborations with social impact. To achieve this, you will develop new forms of cross-sector cooperation. In parallel, you will design and moderate established dialogue formats in analog and digital spaces.
• You will play a central role in IMPACT COLLECTIVES, our new offering that will connect impact startups with companies, investors, and other enablers from academia, administration, and civil society thematically, thereby driving structural change along the major societal challenges of our time.
• You will lead our Corporate Citizenship working group, strategically develop it, and win new companies to participate. Together with representatives from business, civil society, and public administration, you will shape impulses for effective corporate social responsibility.
• You will conceive, acquire, and manage consulting and cooperation projects. For example, you will advise startups that want to know how to achieve more impact or find investors, or you will support cooperation between companies and nonprofits both process-wise and content-wise.
• You will manage complex projects independently from conception to partner management, implementation, and evaluation. The guiding principles for you will be the intended social added value and economic implementation.

Naturally, you won't be working alone. Rather, you will be part of a dedicated team that combines diverse competencies and perspectives.
What you bring with you

• You are passionately committed to social transformation, sustainable business practices, and the collaboration of actors from different societal areas.
• You have the energy, persuasiveness, and empathy needed to build trust and win people over for common goals. You can also inspire and activate skeptical stakeholders.
• You have consulting experience, ideally with startups, investors, or companies on strategy or organizational development issues. Therefore, you can conceive and independently conduct consulting processes and lead them to robust results.
• You have previously built or intensively managed networks, ideally involving stakeholders from business and the startup scene. You can identify relevant stakeholders quickly and connect them with our target groups. You have experience with multi-stakeholder processes or collective impact approaches. You are comfortable interacting with decision-makers at the corporate or management level.
• You have demonstrable experience in developing and acquiring partners, clients, or donors, as well as in independently managing complex projects.

Conditions and Development Opportunities

• 39 hours per week full-time, part-time up to 80% possible.
• The fixed-term employment contract (2 years) is a point on which we will reflect together again and make a conscious decision – hopefully for each other. It is standard in all our new employment relationships to strengthen mindfulness and awareness on both sides of the relationship.
• This position is in our job group 3 and is located at a fixed salary between EUR 56,000 and EUR 62,000, depending on experience and qualifications, based on the current scope of tasks and responsibilities.
