For our team in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced individual who combines consulting, networking, and design expertise, as a Senior Consultant & Program Manager Cooperations & Collective Impact (m/f/d), as soon as possible.

• You will strategically bring together stakeholders from business, civil society, philanthropy, and the public sector to initiate collaborations with societal impact. To achieve this, you will develop new forms of cross-sector collaboration. In parallel, you will design and moderate established dialogue formats in analog and digital spaces.
• You will play a central role in IMPACT COLLECTIVES, our new offering that will connect impact startups with companies, investors, and other enablers from science, administration, and civil society on a thematic basis, thereby driving structural change along the major societal challenges of our time.
• You will lead our Corporate Citizenship working group, strategically develop it further, and attract new companies to participate. Together with representatives from business, civil society, and public authorities, you will shape impulses for effective corporate social responsibility.
• You will conceptualize, acquire, and manage consulting and cooperation projects. For example, you will advise startups on how to achieve more impact or find investors, or you will support collaborations between companies and non-profits both process-wise and content-wise.
• You will independently manage complex projects from conception through partner management to implementation and evaluation. The guiding principles for you are the desired societal added value and economic feasibility.

• You are passionately committed to social transformation, sustainable business practices, and the collaboration of stakeholders from different societal sectors.
• You possess the energy, persuasiveness, and empathy required to build trust and win people over for common goals. You can also inspire and activate even skeptical stakeholders.
• You have consulting experience, ideally with startups, investors, or companies on matters of strategy or organizational development. Therefore, you can conceptualize, independently conduct, and lead consulting processes to robust results.
• You have built or intensively managed networks in the past, ideally involving stakeholders from the business and startup sectors. You can quickly identify relevant stakeholders and connect them with our target groups. You have experience with multi-stakeholder processes or collective impact approaches. You are comfortable interacting with decision-makers at the corporate or management level.
• You have demonstrable experience in developing and acquiring partners, customers, or donors, as well as in independently managing complex projects.

Conditions and Development Opportunities
• 39 hours per week in full-time, part-time up to 80% possible.
• A fixed-term employment contract for two years.*
• This position is in our job group 3 and, with the current scope of tasks and responsibilities, is situated at a fixed salary between EUR 56,000 and EUR 62,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
