Qualification

• Several years of successful professional experience in management consulting with a focus on transformation, organizational development, process management, or change
• Demonstrable experience in leading demanding client mandates
• A robust network and established client relationships with decision-makers in companies
• Experience in developing consulting assignments and expanding client relationships
• The ability to recognize new business opportunities and translate them into successful projects together with clients
• Confident handling of complex change initiatives and various organizational contexts
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility for clients, projects, and business development
• Independent thinking, courage for constructive contradiction, and the ability to professionally contribute different perspectives
• Respectful, reliable, and professional collaboration
• High quality standards for your own work and for client results
• Willingness to travel for on-site work with our clients. Workshops and organizational analyses regularly take place directly within the organizations and, in addition to the actual execution, also require careful preparation and follow-up.
