Aufgaben

You help our customers with your expertise in B2B marketing. You feel just as at home in consulting and conceiving measures as you do in implementing them. When implementing integrated marketing activities, you ensure smooth processes in coordination with colleagues, external partners, and the customer.

YOUR TASKS

Beratend & steuernd:

• Kunden-Lead: Independent, comprehensive care for existing and new customers
• Strategische Kundenberatung: You are the first point of contact for your customers and develop convincing marketing and communication strategies
• Projektleitung: You coordinate interdisciplinary teams (creation, content, digital) and ensure timely, high-quality implementation
• Budgetverantwortung: You plan and manage project budgets and resources, including accounting
• Schnittstelle: You are the link between customer, internal teams, and external partners
• Aktive Kundenentwicklung: You identify potential and suggest additional services to customers that will benefit them

Operativ umsetzend:

• Workshops: You plan, moderate, and document workshops independently (DE & EN)
• Präsentationen: You create and present PPTs (even for complex concepts) confidently
• Einsatz von KI-Tools: You use AI tools self-evidently and purposefully in daily life
• Analysen: You analyze the status quo of marketing measures and derive recommendations and concepts based on best practices

Qualifikation

• Studies/Academic degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or comparable
• 5+ years agency experience in consulting and project management
• Fundamental knowledge of B2B marketing (online and offline)
• Solid appearance, convincing presentation skills
• Hands-on mentality and team player attitude
• Very good German, very good English
