(Senior) Consultant for Effective Transformation (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced consulting personality who can strategically manage complex transformation projects, guide people through change, and take responsibility for real implementation.

Responsibilities

WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US:

• You will take responsibility for demanding transformation and change projects with our clients and accompany them from conception to successful implementation.
• You will maintain an overview of goals, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and progress, even in complex project environments, and ensure that concepts turn into concrete results.
• You will work confidently with various stakeholders, from operations and project teams to managers and executives.
• You will design and moderate workshops, training sessions, and coaching sessions, and lead groups confidently even when interests diverge or change encounters resistance.
• You will advise and support manufacturing medium-sized businesses – from process optimization and Lean to Agility and Operational Excellence.
• As a Flow Master, you will implement our Focus & Flow Framework in ongoing transformation projects, analyze value streams, moderate sprints, and implement improvements together with the people on site.
• You will actively contribute your experience and ideas and further develop our consulting products, methods, and tools together with us.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Several years of relevant professional experience: You bring experience from consulting, project management, change and transformation projects, or a comparable role in a corporate environment.
• Sound project management experience: You have independently managed complex projects and know how to turn many participants, work packages, and dependencies into a functioning overall process.
• Experience with change processes: You have already guided organizations, teams, or leaders through changes and understand both the structural and human aspects of transformation.
• Empathy and tact: You recognize that change triggers different reactions, quickly connect with different personalities, and are able to shape relationships consciously and effectively.
• Communication and moderation skills: You can explain complex contexts clearly, lead workshops and meetings confidently, and create clarity even in challenging situations.
• You are close to operational reality: You want to understand how manufacturing companies really work, enjoy being directly on the shop floor, and know that effective change doesn't just happen at a desk.
• Methodological understanding, curiosity & thirst for knowledge: You want to understand, not just apply – and enjoy delving into topics like Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile beyond project boundaries.
• A completed degree: The field of study is less important to us than your experience, your drive to shape things, and your ability to take responsibility.
• You enjoy being on-site throughout Germany: For you, it's part of good consulting to be regularly deployed on-site with our clients.
