from € 4170 gross per month Tasks – This is what you will do with us:

• Consulting: You support the dm country organizations with topics such as maintenance, servicing, fault management, and CAFM systems. Together with those responsible, you develop suitable solutions and accompany their cross-border implementation.
• Project Management: You take on international projects in Facility Management. You coordinate internal colleagues and external partners and ensure reliable, appreciative exchange.
• Innovation and Sustainability: You identify potential for process digitalization, energy efficiency, and sustainable solutions. This way, you support the energy transition and contribute to reducing energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.
• Process Design: You further develop central Facility Management processes together with our country organizations. This results in practical concepts that are connectable across borders.
• Reporting and KPIs: You contribute to the further development of FM reporting, define relevant key performance indicators, and prepare meaningful analyses for joint further work.
• Collaboration: You maintain interfaces with energy management, lease and ancillary cost management, construction management, retail design, procurement, the Germany subgroup, and dmTECH as an internal IT partner.

Requirements – This is what you bring:

• Education and Experience: You have successfully completed a technical university degree or a comparable technical education, such as a diploma from a HTL (Higher Technical School). You also have several years of professional experience in Facility Management.
• Project Competence: You have experience in leading Facility Management projects. Industry knowledge in the retail sector and/or with office and logistics buildings is an advantage.
• System Knowledge: You are proficient in MS Office, CAFM systems, and fault management systems.
• Analytical Skills: You think analytically, conceptually, and entrepreneurially. A strong customer orientation shapes your work style.
• Passion for Shaping: You are enthusiastic about innovative and sustainable solutions in Facility Management and want to actively contribute to their development.
• Communication: You collaborate openly, clearly, and appreciatively with various interfaces – even across national borders.
• Mobility: You are willing to travel internationally approximately five to six times a year.

The salary, based on our internal, transparent salary system, ranges from € 4,170,- gross per month for full-time employment, depending on qualifications and experience.
