As part of this strategic further development, we are looking for an experienced consulting personality (m/f/d) who will independently manage demanding mandates, build new consulting relationships, and actively shape the future of our company.

Your Responsibility

You will support entrepreneurs, executive boards, and management teams with strategically significant issues and take responsibility for the conception, execution, and further development of demanding consulting mandates.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Independent consulting and support of executive boards, managers, and management teams in complex development and change situations

• Conception and execution of systemic organizational consulting projects, particularly on leadership structures, collaboration, culture, and transformation

• Executive coaching as well as moderation of demanding leadership and development processes

• Integration of diagnostic methods into the assessment and development of leaders and management teams

• Participation in the expansion of our services in the areas of Leadership Assessment, Management Diagnostics, and Executive Development

• Connecting strategic personnel consulting with further organizational and development mandates

• Reflective use of modern AI applications to support analysis, conception, and consulting

• Independent development and sustainable cultivation of demanding client relationships as well as acquisition of new consulting mandates

Your Profile

We are not looking for a personality who understands consulting solely as the application of learned methods.

We are looking for a person who possesses the experience, attitude, and ability to provide orientation even in difficult leadership situations.

You ideally bring with you:

• A successfully completed university degree, for example in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field of study

• Several years of qualified professional experience in management consulting, organizational development, executive coaching, or in a responsible management position

• A solid systemic consulting or coaching qualification or comparable methodological qualifications

• A strong understanding of economic contexts, corporate management, and organizational change processes

• Experience in direct collaboration with entrepreneurs, managing directors, and decision-makers

• Knowledge or a strong interest in scientifically based management and personality diagnostics

• Confidence in the reflective use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, as well as the willingness to further develop their potential for consulting processes

• Analytical and conceptual strength, personal sovereignty, empathy, and integrity

• Entrepreneurial initiative, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in acquiring new clients

You are capable of listening, critically questioning, and also representing an independent position where simple answers are not sufficient.
