REVO is the Cologne agency for effective marketing and sales communication. As part of the Units United Agency Group, we pool our specialized units under one roof: VIBE (Brand Spaces), LOVE (Performance Marketing), BUZZ (Social & Content) and POOL (Personal). In total, we have around 50 employees at REVO, who work together to ensure that communication delivers results.

We stage brands where they really become tangible: at festivals, trade fairs and roadshows. VIBE is our growing unit for these experiences. We have the customers, the vision and the power of REVO behind us.

Now we're looking for an experienced consultant who will help us build VIBE into a standalone agency.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

- You are the strategic head and central consultant for our customers. You understand their goals, convince them with clear concepts and lead them through complex projects.

- You steer the projects from A to Z. You calculate budgets, create timetables and are the interface where everything comes together. You activate and steer your network of freelancers and production partners.

- You are the bridge to creation. You don't have to be a designer, but you know how to brief excellent creations, evaluate them and bring them to life. You translate customer wishes into feasible tasks for our design team.

Your foundation:

- You're not starting from scratch. You take over existing customers and use the full infrastructure and financial security of REVO. If needed, you can draw on our established creative and PM team.

- You're not alone. Our creation leadership Kreation and management stand by your side as sparring partners. We want you to be successful and will support you in that.

A clear entrepreneurial perspective. This is a shaping task.

The development into management and a subsequent shareholding are the logical and desired next step, linked to our shared success.

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• You have long-standing experience in consulting and project management of live communication, with a clear focus on trade fairs, festivals or brand experience formats.
• You are commercially strong: secure in calculation, experienced in budget responsibility and sovereign in negotiations.
• You're a networker and have a sense for the right partners to make a vision come true.
• You think entrepreneurially and have the motivation to shape a growing unit with us, but you also take care of things where needed.
