Ihre Aufgaben

• Support in improving the internal risk model for life insurance business.

• Ensure transparency of the model and keep a comprehensive technical documentation up to date.

• Implement model adaptations to support capital optimization strategies.

• Participate in project work and support organizational coordination within the risk modeling function.

• Support for a specific project to improve risk modeling for government bonds in internal models.

• Training and knowledge transfer for colleagues on model improvements and updates

Muss-Anforderungen

• Senior-level expertise in life insurance and risk modeling according to Solvency II.

• Comprehensive understanding of life insurance with a focus on investment products, ideally knowledge of the Italian insurance market.

• Funded experience with MCEV and internal risk models for life insurance companies.

• Professional knowledge in economic scenario generators for real-world scenarios and risk-neutral scenarios.

• Very good English skills in writing and speaking.

• Willingness to a partial on-site presence at the project location in Germany, as well as travel to Italy, depending on the project's requirements.

• Team-oriented working style with a curious and proactive learning readiness.

Kann-Anforderungen

• Programming knowledge in R and Prophet.

Weitere Informationen

The role includes partial on-site presence in Hannover (approx. 40 days) as well as travel to Rome, as far as the project scope allows.
