Tasks

• Mentorship of Bavarian credit cooperatives in the area of Controlling/Total Bank Control - via MS-Teams, mobile or on-site
• Conceptual and professional development of consulting products
• Analysis of trends, developments, and regulatory requirements
• Participation in nationwide working groups to develop bank control themes
• Reference activity and implementation of experience exchanges within the banking group

Qualification

• Completed degree in economics or equivalent qualification, such as a bank training program with further education in the area of Total Bank Control/Controlling
• Familiarity and experience with the topics of bank control, including market risk management, address risk management, liquidity risk management, operational risk management, and total bank control, desirable
• High level of self-motivation and initiative
• Teamwork, communication skills, confident demeanor, and goal-oriented persuasion and implementation capabilities
• The activity requires travel readiness within Bavaria
