Tasks

• Support for Bavarian credit cooperatives in the area of controlling/overall bank control - via MS-Teams, mobile, or on-site
• Conceptual and professional further development of consulting products
• Analysis of trends, developments, and regulatory requirements
• Participation in nationwide working groups to further develop bank control topics
• Representative and implementation of experience exchanges in the bank group

Qualification

• Completed degree in economics or equivalent qualification, such as bank training with further education in the area of overall bank control/controlling
• Knowledge and experience in the areas of bank control, including market risk control, address risk control, liquidity risk control, operational risk control, and overall bank control, desirable
• High level of self-motivation and initiative
• Teamwork, communication skills, confident appearance, and goal-oriented persuasion and implementation skills
• The activity requires travel readiness within Bavaria
