Job description
Senior Bench Sales Recuriter: Key Responsibilities Market bench candidates (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and Citizens) across multiple IT technologies to prime vendors and direct clients. Generate 25–30 quality submissions per week with a focus on accuracy, speed, and candidate suitability. Ensure at least one successful placement (closure) per month . Build and maintain strong relationships with direct client account managers , vendor business development teams , and implementation partners . Negotiate and manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously. Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies to meet clients' specific needs. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize new business opportunities. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
