We’re Hiring | Lead – Bench Sales (US IT Staffing) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10 Years We’re looking for a seasoned Bench Sales Leader with strong expertise in H1-B transfers and fresh H1-B marketing . This role involves end-to-end bench marketing, Tier-1 vendor & direct client management , rate negotiations, compliance oversight, and mentoring a small team of bench sales recruiters. Key Skills Required: ✅ Strong understanding of the US IT market (W2 / C2C / 1099) ✅ Proven experience with H1-B transfers and fresh H1-B marketing , excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
