Senior BDR → Account Executive

Are you someone who approaches accounts with a strategic vision and doesn't shy away from making cold acquisitions? We are looking for a professional who wants to further develop their sales skills and prove themselves to grow into a role where you close deals independently.

Your Role

You will carefully analyze accounts and identify key stakeholders to optimize your approach. With a proactive attitude, you will initiate outbound activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn, with a focus on not shying away from cold calling. You will qualify potential clients, conduct in-depth conversations to discover their needs, and then transfer qualified opportunities to the closing team. During the process, you will shadow the closing process to gain experience and eventually be able to close independently.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
• You are resilient and are not discouraged by rejection.
• Stress-resistant with strong drive and a winning mentality.
• You dare to pick up the phone and are clear in your communication.
• You are open to feedback and willing to learn and improve your skills.
• You have completed a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
