Construction Technician / Expert Witness

Full-time or Part-time | Location: Seekirchen


  • Assessment and analysis of damage to buildings and building components
  • Damage recording, measurements, and documentation on-site
  • Analysis of the cause, causality, and attribution of damage
  • Creation of well-founded reports and cost estimates
  • Ongoing communication with customers, specialist companies, and stakeholders

  • Completed technical training in structural engineering, construction technology, or civil engineering (academic degree, DI, Arch, DI (FH) or Master Builder)
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in planning, construction, or project execution
  • Driver's license B and willingness to travel within Austria
  • Convincing demeanor, good rhetorical skills
  • Structured and proactive work approach
  • Team player, commitment, and high level of loyalty
  • Digital proficiency with common tools

Our Offer
The gross monthly salary is from EUR 4,500.00 (40.00 hours/week), depending on your qualifications and experience. Overpayment is possible with longer professional experience.
