Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Hochbauprojekten im Roh- und Schlüsselfertigbau von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur Übergabe
• Steuerung und Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen, Kosten und Bauabläufen auf der Baustelle
• Koordination und Führung von Nachunternehmern, Fachplaner*innen sowie internen Projektbeteiligten
• Entwicklung technischer Lösungen und Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl wirtschaftlicher Bauverfahren
• Erstellung von Aufmaßen und Unterstützung bei Abrechnung sowie Nachtragsmanagement
• Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit sowie Umsetzung moderner Lean-Construction-Methoden
• Vertragskonforme Umsetzung der Bauleistungen unter Berücksichtigung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Vorgaben

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Einige Jahre Berufserfahrungen in der Bauleitung in einer ähnlichen Position auf GU-Seite
• Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
• Kommunikationsfreude und Führungskompetenz im Umgang mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Führerschein
